Ron Paul is speaking at a caucus site in Fargo, North Dakota, delivering his stump speech to a crowd of true believers.
Paul said that with the 100th anniversary of the Federal Reserve coming up in 2013, it’s time for the country to celebrate the occasion — by repealing the Federal Reserve Act.
He also called for a drawdown of the country’s military commitments, and for wars to be declared individually in Congress, to be won, and then for American troops to come home.
