A new CNN/TIME/ORC Arizona poll shows Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum in a dead heat. Among likely GOP voters, Romney has 36 percent, Santorum has 32 percent, Gingrich has 18 percent and Ron Paul has 6 percent. The margin of error is +/- 4.5 percentage points.
