Boehner To Give Rare Floor Speech Announcing GOP Pushback On Birth Control Rule

House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) is poised to speak on the House floor at 12:00pm Eastern Time to discuss how the GOP will respond to the Obama administration’s requirement that employer-provided health insurance plans cover birth control, his office says.
