Rick Santorum is up with a new radio ad saying that Newt Gingrich couldn’t capitalize on his win in South Carolina because he isn’t ‘a true conservative.’ The alternative, the ad says, is Rick Santorum. The ad fails to mention that Santorum technically failed to capitalize on his win in Iowa as well.
