In an interview with Megyn Kelly on Fox News Channel this afternoon, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus defended comments he made over the weekend in which he compared President Barack Obama to Francesco Schettino, the disgraced Italian cruise ship captain.
Priebus said it was a “fair analogy” because Obama has abandoned his obligations as president in favor of campaigning. “This president is in love with campaigning,” Priebus said.
