U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta on Thursday condemned a shocking video that shows Marines allegedly urinating on the bodies of dead Taliban fighters in Afghanistan. Panetta called the video “utterly deplorable.”
The U.S. military is investigating the video and working to identify the soldiers responsible.
