Cain campaign manager Mark Block gave an exclusive interview to the Daily Caller, letting them in on a small, previously private, bet he has with his candidate.
“When he puts his hand on the Bible, sworn in as the 45th president, it’s the last day that I have a smoke,” Block deadpans.
