ICC In Contact With Qaddafi Son OVer Surrender

The International Criminal Court’s prosecutor said Friday that his office was in “informal contact” with Muammar Gaddafi’s son, Saif al-Islam, through intermediaries regarding his surrender to the war crimes court.
