Gov. Mitch Daniels (R-IN) and former Gov. and current talk show host Mike Huckabee (R-AR) had a little on-air lovefest on the radio recently.
Huckabee called Daniels “one of the most effective governors” in the United States. Daniels responded, “Huckabee, you sweet talker.”
Huckabee was filling in on the “Don Wade and Roma” show on WLS in Chicago last week when he told Daniels: “I’ll say anything to kiss up to guys I like. And you’re one of them.”
Daniels responded: “It’s fun watching you move around there. You’re having too much fun. But I guess you’re proving there’s life after governor.”
