Stephen Colbert offered Wednesday night to help James O’Keefe, maker of the infamous NPR and Acorn sting videos, pay off his $50,000 debt.
Citing a TPM report about O’Keefe put out an email asking for financial assistance to pay off debt incurred in the making of that NPR video, Colbert said he would certainly be willing to help a fellow conservative journalist because, “fake pimpin’ ain’t easy.”
