Billionaire Donald Trump has a lead of 13 percentage points in South Carolina while Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has eked out a small second-place lead over Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), according to a Fox News poll released Thursday.

The poll showed support for Trump at 32 percent, followed by Cruz at 19 percent and Rubio at 15 percent.

These results indicate a slight decrease in Trump’s support since the December iteration of the same poll, when he held 35 percent of support. The wide gap between Trump’s support and that of the next closest contender remains in place. Cruz has gained 4 percentage points on Rubio since December’s poll, when both stood at 14 percent support.

TPM’s PollTracker Average shows Trump at 34.5 percent, Cruz at 18.1 percent and Rubio at 16.4 percent.

The Fox News poll was carried out by live telephone interview from Feb. 15-17. Pollsters surveyed 759 likely Republican voters with a margin of error of 3.5 percentage points.
