President Donald Trump expressed uncertainty that the White House would prevail in the lawsuit initiated by CNN after reporter Jim Acosta was stripped of his hard pass, according to a Wednesday Daily Caller report.
“I don’t know, we should” Trump said of the White House’s chances of winning. “We’ll see how the court rules. Is it freedom of the press when somebody comes in and starts screaming questions and won’t sit down?”
“I really think that when you have guys like Acosta, I think they’re bad for the country,” Trump continued. “He’s just an average guy who’s a grandstander who’s got the guts to stand up and shout.”
“He doesn’t even know what he’s asking you half the time,” he added.
Trump stripped Acosta of his White House pass after a contentious press conference during which Acosta refused to give up the microphone and Trump called him a “rude, terrible person.”

Whatever you legal team’s chances were before, you have successfully kneecapped them, Very Stable Genius. Maybe you should tweet about how Acosta isn’t a threat or disruption or whatever but you just really don’t like him. What could go wrong?
