United States President Donald Trump signs H.J. Res. 58, which overturns a rule requiring states to report specific information on teacher preparation programs, such as student learning outcomes, and rate their effectiveness, during a bill signing ceremony in the Roosevelt Room of the White House in Washington, D.C., U.S., on Monday, March 27, 2017. President Donald Trump is planning to submit his written answers to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s questions on Russian hacking in 2016 by Thanksgiving, according to a Monday Politico report.

Trump’s answers will reportedly be given to Mueller as the President arrives at Mar-a-Lago for the holiday.

Mueller and Trump’s lawyers still need to come to an agreement about answer format for Mueller’s broader questions regarding obstruction of justice post-inauguration. Mueller has the option of filing a subpoena to force Trump’s cooperation, setting up a historic fight over the power of the presidency.
