President Donald Trump will make a decision on Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen’s future “shortly.”

During an interview with the Daily Caller, Trump said he expects to make “changes on various things,” but said he hadn’t decided anything yet. When asked specifically after Nielsen and his Chief of Staff John Kelly, Trump said it was common for there to be changeover in an administration following the midterm elections.

“We’re looking at a lot of options,” he told the Daily Caller. “A lot of people want to come in, a lot of politicians who have had very successful careers want to come in.”

Reports have swirled about Nielsen’s fate within the administration for the past two days. Trump is reportedly ready to oust his DHS secretary as early as this week.
