In his post-election morning TV blitz Michael Steele has already gotten his shine on, striking the Heisman pose and defiantly telling hater Lawrence O’Donnell, “You’re not gonna spoil my juice right now. You’re not gonna take this high away from me.”

Shortly afterward on Fox News, Steele dropped some science on anchor Jon Scott.

Asked to respond to DNC Chairman Tim Kaine’s assertion that nothing about last night’s election results amounts to a repudiation of President Obama, Steele said, “Oh, I’d agree. No one’s repudiating the president, they’re just saying we don’t want your policies.”

Steele muddled things further, saying, “As much as Chairman Kaine and Mr. Gibbs and others in the White House would want to wrap the policies around the president so you can make a statement like that and have it be factual, the reality is … the voters said, ‘You know what? I’ve looked at what’s happening nationally, I’m looking at what’s happening locally in my state, and I don’t like what I’m seeing.'”

Then Steele did a little rapping of his own:

“If you have stagnation, inflation, uh, greater confiscation of wealth … I suspect the America of 2012 will look a lot different and feel a lot different from today.”
