After going on something of a crusade against Republicans who wouldn’t vote for the 9/11 first responders bill, Shep Smith teared up a little bit today following the bill’s passage in the Senate.

Shep first called it “disgusting” that the bill hadn’t passed, then listed every Republican who wouldn’t appear on his show to explain why they opposed the bill, and then yesterday he hit Tom Coburn for suggesting he might try to block the bill.
