  1. The Russians disarmed the Syrians of all chemical weapons. How could they possibly be involved?

  2. I hope the Pentagon got the memo regarding alt-complicit from Ivanka –

  3. A theory to keep you up at night:

    1. Trump’s poll numbers tanking, his administration under multiple investigations, first legislative effort was a massive failure
    2. Trump gets word to Putin, asking for a little help
    3. Russia drop chems on people in Syria
    4. Russain gov’t says NO NO that totally wasn’t Assad, it must’ve been a rebel stockpile
    5. Hey Donnie, go blow up the airbase at Homs; we’ll move all our stuff out and alert Assad
    6. Trump plays with his toys and blows up Homs airbase
    7. Approval ratings tick up, the Russia probe is no longer the focus, Trump looks “strong” where Obama was “weak”
    8. Profit (literally; I expect Trump, Inc. to find profit in all of this)

And like a dog, Trump will learn that “blowing up airbases in Muslim countries” = “ratings tick up” and he’ll start blowing shit up all over the place.

  4. I know you were mostly joking but here’s the thing: it could be true that Assad really did get rid of everything he had and that he was responsible for the recent attack. You can purchase or create a lot of chemical weapons in a few short years.
