A Ron Paul fan named Brian got drunk in Montana one night and was pulled over for allegedly driving under the influence. National Geographic’s cameras were there.

“The Constitution is your right!” he yells in a clip that aired on National Geographic’s Frontier Force and was posted on YouTube this week. “Why can’t you guys just assume to me that this is my Constitutional right.”

“What is the First Amendment? What is the First Amendment? You don’t even know! Ha!” he tells the officer. “You took a vow to your Constitution and you don’t even know what it is.”

“Do you know what the legal limit in Montana is?” another cop asks.

“What’s the legal limit of hurting somebody?” the man answers.

After blowing a .301 blood alcohol level — almost four times the legal limit — the man is placed under arrest.

“Constitution! Yeah, yeah, Constitution. Live it, and live by it,” the man says as he’s placed in a police vehicle.

“Ron Paul 2012, let’s go!” he says.
