President Obama at 2:30 p.m. will host a group of pro-life Democrats for a ceremony signing an executive order handling abortion language — a key compromise forged over the weekend to bring members on board to vote for the health care reform legislation.

The White House said the Oval Office ceremony, closed to the press, is to sign the order “that reaffirms the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’s consistency with longstanding restrictions on the use of federal funds for abortion.”

According to the White House, Members of Congress invited to attend the signing include:

Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA)

Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI)

Rep. Kathy Dahlkemper (D-PA)

Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D-OH)

Rep. Nick Rahall (D-WV)

Rep. Jerry Costello (D-IL)

Rep. Chris Carney (D-PA)

Rep. Steve Driehaus (D-OH)

Rep. Charlie Wilson (D-OH)

Rep. Jim Oberstar (D-MN)

Rep. Alan Mollohan (D – WV)

Rep. Brad Ellsworth (D-IN)

Rep. Henry Cuellar (D – TX)

Rep. Mike Doyle (D-PA)
