MoveOn.org has released a TV ad calling Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) “unfit to lead,” after he met with Wall Street bankers right before strongly opposing the Democrats’ plan for financial reform.
The ad, which will run nationally on cable, says McConnell “talks a big game about fighting Wall Street corruption,” then holds “secret meetings with Wall Street bankers.”
MoveOn also released similar radio ads targeting Sens. George Voinovich (R-OH) and Susan Collins (R-ME).
