HARARE, Zimbabwe (AP) — Former U.S. Rep. Mel Reynolds, who was arrested in Zimbabwe on Monday for allegedly possessing pornography and violating immigration laws, has arrived at the Magistrates Court in the capital Harare where he awaits proceedings.
According to Zimbabwe’s state-controlled newspaper, the Herald, Reynolds overstayed his visa and allegedly also brought several Zimbabwean models and other women to his hotel room where he took photographs and videos.
