The Fox Business Network is expected to announce that Lou Dobbs, former CNN anchor, will be getting his own show, the Los Angeles Times reports.

According to the Times, the network could announce the deal as early as this afternoon.

Dobbs left CNN about a year ago, after he repeatedly generated controversy with his comments about immigration. Shortly before he left, he claimed that “left-wing ethnocentric interest groups are calling for my firing from CNN because I’m quote unquote a racist. I could obtain purity in a moment if I would just simply embrace open borders and sponsor illegal immigration.”
