Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) made good on a friendly bet with fellow Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA), and delivered homemade gumbo to Landrieu’s office after the Saints beat the Vikings in Sunday’s NFL playoff game.
Klobuchar and Landrieu made a bet last Friday over the outcome of the game. If the Minnesota Vikings had won, Landrieu would have had to make Minnesota wild rice casserole and bring it to Klobuchar’s office wearing a Brett Favre jersey.
Since the New Orleans Saints won, Klobuchar brought homemade gumbo to Landrieu’s office wearing a Drew Brees jersey.
