President Donald Trump’s inauguration rang in at $104 million, more than double President Barack Obama’s in 2008.
Details are starting to emerge of just what all of that money was spent on.
The New York Times reports $10,000 for makeup for 20 aides at an evening event, $30,000 in per diem payments for staffers on top of their fully compensated hotel rooms, room service and transportation. The bill from the Trump International Hotel alone totaled $1.5 million.
ABC News adds $130,000 spent on personalized pillows for the President-elect at a gala and $2.7 million for a rendition of “New York, New York” complete with Vegas showgirls.

It’s a lock nearly all these contractors wildly inflated their bills and kicked back a huge portion of their payments to some Trump affiliated shell company. $50 says he pocketed 1/4 or more of the $107 million.
Those “Five Piano Guys” are not cheap…

I first read it as 1.5 billion - and didn’t even give it a 2nd thought. That’s not good.
