After Michael Cohen’s guilty plea, Democrats are counting down the days until they can take over House control and bring the President’s ex-fixer back to Congress to testify.

According to a Thursday Politico report, Cohen’s newfound loquaciousness could help clear up issues from the Trump Tower Moscow deal to the Stormy Daniels hush money.

Members in the other chamber are eager to hear from Cohen as well, with even Senate Intelligence Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) joining ranking Democrat Mark Warner (D-VA) in floating that Cohen should return in light of the newest revelations that he lied to the committees last time.

  1. Everybody’s coming back to testify.

  2. If they want to unleash the mother lode of “both sides” from the press the Democrats just need to act like assholes when this man is in front of them. I suppose these hearing are irresistible but they are a good way to start off on a bad foot. They best be polite and kind to Cohen. Ask questions with a conciliatory tone and then thank him for his efforts. If they go “Trey Gowdy” on him they might as well have let the GOP keep the House.

Last time the Republicans suspended disbelief to accept what Cohen told them because it favored Mangolini. No doubt they will be shocked by this new, improved revelation.

  4. I’d like to see them put him in front of Schiff. No need to be confrontational, but pointed questions that let him ‘correct the record’ would do nicely.

Completely agree. Or Swalwell, Ted Lieu for that matter. Dems have a whole stable of agressive and cunning prosecutors amongst thier ranks.

    My two cents.
