Supporters of former Vice President Joe Biden filmed what appeared to be a campaign-style ad in south Florida over the weekend that focused on health care, education and Biden’s back story, featuring Spanish-speaking actors, Politico reported.

But footage of the secret production was reportedly posted on social media, prompting an email from those involved in creating the ad that threatened legal action if the photos and videos weren’t removed from social media.

According to the email sent to actors, which was obtained by Politico, “some moms” posted photos and videos of their children being filmed for the ad, prompting a “hot mess” for the group that’s still trying to keep Biden’s 2020 intentions under wraps. Biden’s spokesperson Bill Russo, “wouldn’t comment” to Politico.

Those who participated in the filming signed non disclosure agreements, Politico reported.

“If found photos or videos were posted after signing the NDA,” the email reportedly said, “legal action can occur.”

  1. I hope there are photos of what the children had for lunch. Everyone likes looking at what other people eat for lunch.

  2. Hmm… threatening the mothers of actors who appeared in your ad in an effort to get something deleted from the internet.

    That’s a stupidity Daily Double.

  3. I used to think religion was the root of all evil. I’m coming around to the idea it’s actually Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Does anyone do anything these days and just STFU about it, or does the world really need to know Tiffany got the cutest new socks for her birthday?

  4. This is a publicity stunt to get free media.

  5. stupidity is stage mothers posting stuff on social media from unreleased projects after signing releases. Any company would do this. Good luck getting work for your kids again.
