Newly indicted Trump ally Roger Stone has been ordered to appear in Washington, D.C. court for his arraignment on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
Stone was arrested early Friday morning and indicted by a grand jury convened by special counsel Robert Mueller with one count of obstructing an official proceeding, five counts of false statements, and one count of witness tampering.
He appeared in a Florida court briefly on Friday, where his bond was set at $250,000. Following that court appearance, Stone said that “There are no circumstances I would plead guilty” to the charges.
