Prosecutors seeking to keep the Hutaree locked up without bail Thursday released secretly recorded tapes of the militia members discussing attacks on police, the Detroit News reports.

Hutaree leader David Stone is heard on the tapes, recorded by an undercover FBI agent in February, talking about local police as an appealing target.

“It’s your local PD (police department), morons. You know where they live. I know where four county cops live. We can go burn their house down,” he says.

His son Joshua responds that he knows “where at least one Hillsdale undercover cop lives.”

David Stone later discusses the alleged Hutaree plan to kill a local officer to set the stage for a larger-scale attack on the police who would come to the area for the funeral.

“I’m thinking’ IEDs, and you just blow the whole convoy up. Boom!” he says.
