The Republican primary contest in Wisconsin was too close to call as of 9:22 pm ET. NBC projected Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) the likely winner.

Cruz and Donald Trump were polling neck and neck in the Badger State in recent weeks, though the Texas senator had pulled ahead in the lead-up to Tuesday’s critical primary.
