He didn’t work. Most of it was spent watching clips of himself slamming President Obama for the last shut down. She should be careful not to spike the ball too much but gloating is what this administration does best.

ETA: 17 days or so is all they have before the next shut down -actually less than that because of a recess once this passes the House.
