Clearly he is uncomfortable in the presence of a foreign leader whose thought process is rational and ordered though he leads a republic that exports bananas primarily. President Santos would not agree that the wall is a good idea, instead stressing international cooperation. This drew what appeared to be a polite rebuke from Trump.
LOL Nicole Wallace just asked her guest if he has heard anything from Trump “that indicates he has any idea of what is about to happen”. What? Is Trump in a coma now?
He had congratulated Colombia’s President for winning it.

In a 2004 advisory opinion by the International Court of Justice, “Israel cannot rely on a right of self-defence or on a state of necessity in order to preclude the wrongfulness of the construction of the wall”. The Court asserted that "the construction of the wall, and its associated régime, are contrary to international law
because Trump used the barrier as a reason for building a wall.
And to honor Senor Santos and his country, Trumpp will use this occasion to talk all about himself.
