White House press secretary Sean Spicer is scheduled to give his daily press briefing at 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday. It will be his first since former national security advisor Michael Flynn resigned late Monday after questions arose about conversations Flynn had with Russia’s ambassador to the United States.
