Hi Sarah. Yesterday, General Kelly asserted that Representative Wilson talked about how she was “instrumental in getting the funding” for the building named after Grogan and Duke. Video emerged today that demonstrates that she in fact said no such thing. Would you say that General Kelly was lying, or was he just mistaken?
