President-elect Donald Trump has a day of pomp and circumstance planned Friday as he is set to be sworn in as the 45th President of The United States.
Trump and his family began the day with a church service at St. John’s Church Episcopal Church across from the White House for a private service around 8:40 a.m., according to The Washington Post.
From there, Trump is scheduled to head to the White House to meet with President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama for tea. The Trumps and the Obamas will travel together in the presidential limousine from the White House to the Capitol for the official swearing-in ceremony.
