I look forward to this wise man’s words. Here hoping he addresses the homophobia virus that no pol seems willing to touch.
What happened in Orlando was horrific enough. Cheering on the actions of the deeply troubled man is, in some ways, even worse. Rejoicing at their deaths is incomprehensible. I’m looked at you Texas Lt. Governor and countless others around America.
I look forward him to subtly or not so subtly ripping Drumpf a new one while, with measured tones, calming people’s fears and providing a rational and less hateful path forward.
And following that, a tweet from Trump accusing Obama of palling around with terrorists.
It doesn’t sound like that actually went over so well with most of America. Nor did his attacks on Curiel and his other vicious pronouncements.
What you see is what you get. For people who were looking at him as a possible POTUS, it’s been a learning experience that will not be to his benefit.
