  1. Anyone prepared to listen to multiple hours of pontification by members of the House who couldn’t mastermind their ways out of a paperbag?

When do we get to the people’s business already?

And by the way, when Hillary wins in November, this will be our government for the next four years unless we flip the House and the Senate, so GOTV!!!

  2. I think it’s a travesty the Republicans are currently running the show – but they’re doing such a horrible job of it and show such disregard for the rule of law and the wishes of the voters that I think they’re actually doing us a favor. They are being such fucking asshats on full display for the public to view over and over. When the elections roll around, they are going to get creamed, smashed on the rocks of the seashore. Die, Fucking GOP, die!

  3. Sigh.

Here we go again. Because there are clearly NO pressing matters that need to be addressed right now.
Oh well. I guess this takes time away from them repealing ObamaCare for the 70th-something time.

By the way; let this be yet another reason why it’s important that Democrats are the majority in the House. It’s only at that time that things actually get done.

  4. Shut up, Goodlatte! The tragedy has nothing to do with these stupid committee hearings you people insist on forcing upon the American people!!

  5. Shouldn’t they be voting on important legislation like dedicated Zika funding or something? Shit. I got bit 4 times last night by some skeeters and if I get sick I’m gonna be pissed…Now where’s my Calamine lotion (as if that’ll make a fucking difference).
