Ted Cruz was scheduled to deliver a “major announcement” Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET in Indianapolis, where he was expected to announce that he’s picked former GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina as his running mate should he get the party’s nomination.

He’s so weird, seriously you have to win to do this and now Trump will decimate him with his insult comic lines. Ted Cruz is actually dumber than Trump, which is hard to fathom, but there it is.
