Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump has a long, storied history of making jokes about dating his daughter and a new anti-Trump radio ad out Wednesday calls him out for those off-color remarks.
“Donald Trump says a lot of stupid stuff,” the ad begins. “In 2006, he said on “The View,” ‘If Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.'”
“He told Rolling Stone that if he weren’t happily married and his daughter’s father, he’d…Well, he didn’t finish the thought, but you can guess what he meant,” the ad continues.
The radio spot goes on to detail “some other stupid stuff Trump has said,” among them his remarks that wages for American workers are too high and his praise for eminent domain.
“Trump. Stupid stuff. Make the smart choice and support Ted Cruz,” the ad finishes.
The spot was made by Make America Awesome, a “sparsely funded” conservative super PAC known for its “guerrilla” attacks on Trump, according to BuzzFeed News.
The super PAC was also behind a Facebook ad targeted to Mormon voters ahead of the Utah and Arizona primaries that featured Trump’s wife, Melania, scantily clad and sprawled out on a fur rug.
Republican strategist Liz Mair, who made the ads, said in a statement provided to TPM the radio spot is running in Western New York, with extra rotation in Buffalo on Monday, when Trump hosts a scheduled event there.
“We figured we’d give the voters what they want and put on display the real, authentic Donald Trump: a creepy old man who, apparently, would totally be up for screwing his kid if only 50 percent of her DNA weren’t his, and a guy who’s padded out his inherited fortune by screwing average working people like those he’s begging to vote for him, financially, on a regular basis for decades now,” she said.
Mair did not respond to a TPM inquiry about the cost of the ad buy.

Trump supporters don’t care about this kind of crude, incestuous talk, as long as he also continues to talk like a raging, ill-informed bigot.
Make the smart choice of supporting Ted Cruz. I just threw up a little in my mouth.
Now this is a man who understands most middle-aged Republican men!
