Donald Trump on Tuesday morning bashed “disloyal” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) for forcing his communications director to resign after he circulated a fake video of Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL).

Cruz communications director Rick Tyler posted a video to Twitter and Facebook with subtitles showing that Rubio said there are “not many answers” in the Bible. However, Rubio’s campaign published another version of the video in which Rubio tells a Cruz staffer holding a Bible, “All the answers are in there.”

Tyler deleted the video from his social media accounts and apologized to the Rubio campaign. On Monday, Cruz said that Tyler is a “good man,” but asked him to resign.

“We are not a campaign that is going to question the faith of another candidate for President,” Cruz said.
