During his Wednesday night rally in Ohio, Donald Trump mocked Hillary Clinton and questioned her stamina while bragging that he can withstand holding an hour-long rally.

“You think this is easy? You think this is so easy in this beautiful room that’s 122 degrees?” Trump asked the crowd at his rally. “It is hot, and it’s always hot when I perform because the crowds are so big.”

“You think Hillary would be able to stand up here for an hour and do this?” he then asked. “I don’t know. I don’t think so.”

Later in the rally, Trump noted that Clinton is “lying in bed” recovering from pneumonia and said he hoped she returned to the campaign trail soon.

Since the Clinton campaign announced that the Democratic nominee had been diagnosed with pneumonia, Trump has largely steered clear of knocks on Clinton’s health. But he has questioned her stamina before, and his allies have pushed conspiracy theories about Clinton’s health.

Trump has said that he will released more information about his health soon, but so far he has only handed a summary of his recent physical to television personality Dr. Mehmet Oz.
