One House Republican wasn’t laughing when President Barack Obama appeared Tuesday on actor Zach Galifianakis’ online faux-interview show “Between Two Ferns.”
Rep. Randy Weber (R-TX) tweeted that in the time it took to film the six-minute segment, Obama could have been investigating the attacks in Benghazi or “fixing” the “failed” Affordable Care Act that he went on the show to promote:
The President shouldn’t be wasting time on a parody interview. He should be focusing on the current state of affairs across the globe.

Instead of wasting time with a parody interview, he should be focusing on finding answers re: #Benghazi

Instead of playing celebrity, our President should be working on fixing his failed takeover of health care.

Weber, who succeeded former Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), also criticized Obama on Twitter as a “Socialistic dictator” before his State of the Union address.
