Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) won a delegate from Guam on Saturday, CNN reported.

Cruz was expected to win big in the U.S. territory. His first gubernatorial endorsement came from Guam Republican Eddie Calvo, The Houston Chronicle reported.

Calvo did vouch for Cruz on Saturday, but the remaining five other delegates remain “uncommitted” and will meet with the presidential candidates in the coming weeks to help them decide who to support.

In Guam, the delegates are elected at a party convention and are then able to support whichever candidate.

McCruz: This is how god’ll beat Donald Trump, one delegate at a time, mark my words.

  4. Trump: Surprise! Foreigner Cruz wins a delegate from foreign land. Why should a foreigner be running as POTUS?

  5. They all are scary on that side of the political spectrum.

Cruzader Cruz wants his own personal fiefdom of a theocracy to come to America and encompass us all, come hell or high water, so yeah, he is among the more scarier of the bunch. The guy is soooo unlikable though, we can only hope he turns out to be the frontrunner for their party in the end.
