GOPer Shelley Moore Capito Wins West Virginia Senate Race

Rep. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) won the West Virginia Senate race, according to Fox News, CNN and MSNBC.

West Virginia is now the first pick-up seat for Republicans in 2014. Capito is the first female senator ever to be elected in West Virginia.
