Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) is fundraising off of a New Hampshire political action committee recenty formed by former Sen. Scott Brown’s (R-MA).

Shaheen sent out the email on Tuesday, following news that Brown had registered his People’s Seat PAC Inc. in New Hampshire. Brown’s creation of the political action committee encourages rumors that he is planning to run for Senate against Shaheen.

Read Shaheen’s fundraising email below:

Scott Brown is serious. We just learned that he has now registered his Political Action Committee in New Hampshire.

His next step? Yet another campaign tour of our state – starting with an event in Nashua just yesterday.

Brown is sending us a $187,000 signal that he’s ready to run against us. Will you be there to help me fight back?

Last time, Brown raised nearly $30 million from the Koch brothers, Wall Street and Tea Party backers.

With the help of supporters like you, we can beat his billionaires. I’m working every day to build a winning grassroots campaign. But I can’t do that without you.

If you haven’t contributed yet, please consider giving before the critical October deadline. We’re only $20,819 away from meeting our grassroots kickoff goal.
