Our long national nightmare is over.
Fox News hosts Megyn Kelly and Sean Hannity appear to have made up following a dust-up about Donald Trump earlier this week, with the pair posting a picture of themselves side-by-side on Thursday:
We’re Irish. It’s complicated. #friends pic.twitter.com/MRkimEuLMr

Both Kelly and Hannity posted the same picture with the hashtag #friends and attributed their spirited disagreement to their Irish heritage:

Kelly took the lovefest one step further by ending her show Thursday night by saying that her “friend” Hannity was up next, while Hannity assured those on Twitter it was a “MINOR disagreement.”
Actually that's just not true. 2 friends just worked out a MINOR disagreement https://t.co/JduyLi949p

Twitter lit up with the pair’s drama on Wednesday, after Kelly said on her show that Trump prefers “safe spaces” and will only appear on Hannity’s show. Hannity had appeared in an ad for the candidate earlier this month and has long been a vocal supporter of Trump.
He then hit back on Twitter saying that Kelly is “clearly” a Clinton supporter:
@megynkelly u should be mad at @HillaryClinton Clearly you support her. And @realDonaldTrump did talk to u. https://t.co/vsQiNMgHut
