The Republican National Committee on Thursday announced eight finalists who are bidding to host the party’s national convention in 2016, three of which are in Ohio.
Congratulations to Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Denver, Dallas, Kansas City, Las Vegas & Phoenix for moving on to the next phase.

On March 3rd, representatives from the cities will travel to Washington to present their bids to the RNC site selection committee. The final vote the chosen city will take place in late summer or early fall.
