Rep. Trey Radel (R-FL), who pleaded guilty to cocaine possession in November, left his rehabilitation center in Florida Thursday, about a month after he checked in, according to WINK News.

Radel did not step down as congressman, but took a leave of absence from office while he sought treatment.

Radel will make a statement at his Cape Coral office at 6 p.m. Thursday.
