House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) is expected to hold a press conference at the Republican National Committee headquarters on Tuesday afternoon, where he will reportedly rule out becoming the party’s 2016 presidential nominee.

An aide said that Ryan will “rule himself out and put this to rest once and for all.”

Ryan will address the media at 3:15 p.m. at the RNC’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.

The speaker has repeatedly said that he will not seek the nomination at a brokered Republican convention.
