President Obama is scheduled to make a rare statement from the Oval Office Thursday morning about the California shooting that left 14 dead.

A press statement from the White House said Obama was scheduled to the press pool at 10:15 a.m. ET, with members of his national security team in attendance.

    Unless he’s going to announce that federal marshals are currently rounding up all senior figures at the NRA, as well as every Senator and Congressperson who voted down background checks, and sending them to Gitmo…I’m not sure he’ll say anything that I’m interested in hearing.
    But I suppose I’ll wait and see…
