Presidential candidate and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R) has a colorful way of getting his point across.
In comments flagged by BuzzFeed on Tuesday and posted by the conspiracy website WND over the weekend, Huckabee shared his views on the growing social acceptance of transgender people.
“Now I wish that someone told me that when I was in high school that I could have felt like a woman when it came time to take showers in PE,” Huckabee said earlier this year at the 2015 National Religious Broadcasters Convention in Nashville, Tennessee.
“I’m pretty sure that I would have found my feminine side and said, ‘Coach, I think I’d rather shower with the girls today.'”
The crowd laughed.
“You’re laughing because it sounds so ridiculous, doesn’t it?” he said.
Huckabee said that Christians and conservatives are scorned in America because they point out that there is “something inherently wrong about forcing little children to be a part of this social experiment.”
“For those who do not think that we are under threat,” he said, “simply recognize the fact that we are now in city after city watching ordinances say that your seven-year-old daughter — if she goes into the restroom — cannot be offended and you can’t be offended if she’s greeted there by a 42-year-old man who feels more like a woman than he does a man.”

Moron. Christianity…RELIGION…is a “social experiment.” Failed too.
He’s got a lot of perve.
And maybe if Huckabee had tried, they would have- I don’t know- forced him to endure countless hours of therapy, tons of blood tests, and so much more! You don’t just get to stroll up and claim to be trans. There’s a ton of stuff that is involved.
But then, as a straight, white, cis male, he’s use to strolling up to people and having it handed to him- and if it isn’t handed to him, he throws a fit or simply takes it claiming “I’m the real victim here”.
Also…anyone else notice how perverted these so-called Christians are?
